Agreed! However, we have now gone from severe drought to major flooding in our area today as the result of tropical depression Frances. Severe flooding and power outage are ruling the day. Even where I live is being touched by the power outage.

Maybe our local woes will be an omen for better things with the overall market today, as it appears that many have resigned themselves to the Washington debacle. As American justice is based on being judged by one's peers, it seems that many of our illustrious and pious Republicans will certainly be Clinton's appropriate peer group with their zipper and hiked skirt problem. Seems now the sainted Senator from Idaho has had to confess about HER 6 year affair with a married man. Seems the man's wife took exception to her campaign ad in which she challenged her opponent to answer..."Where do you stand on the Clinton affair issue". I can just see her opponent asking her..."Wouldn't it be more appropriate for Idaho voters to know where you have been LYING than where I STAND."

Now I feel better!
