I agree, I thought the Visa deal, was a done deal, that is why I was surprised when I learned that it was only a letter of intent. When I expressed my concerns to Ravi he seemed confident that CF would have ways to get good funds (although I didn't have enough time to express all my concerns). I didn't get a chance to ask Pete about the details of this issue, although my impression is that he is determined to get the deal done.

My conclusion is that CheckFree wants to make sure Visa can deliver on it's promise, before they jump into bed with them.
