No one said it wasn't factual. It's the way what was thought to be a simple administrative change was build up to be "proof of work in progress" that is not factual. Even if they had updated the record, that is hardly work in progress.

Domains are updated all the time, and rarely does it have anything to do with the operation of the business. Since ZULU doesn't run their own name servers, the only change they would report would be a contact change or an address change. Their ISP might update the record for other reasons that have nothing to do with them. As an example, the ISP hosting my domain is making changes to their name server structure and retiring a couple of servers. My record will change to reflect the new name servers' hostname and IP addresses.
