+++OT++++I guess when you base your policy around the stock market and cigars you set yourself up for a doosey when things turn sour. I'll still say that presidents don't deserve credit for an economy either way. Most of it is on the fed and congress who creates fiscal policy. The pres can take a little credit based on what direction he wants to take but ultimately he isn;t the person who should get full credit. It is obvious to all now just how sick this man(Clinton) is?
