An impeachable offense is whatever the House says it is and in my opinion that nationally televised LIE to the Amercan people qualifies all by itself. Clinton has disgraced the office and no longer deserves to hold it. If he had a scintilla of Honor he would resign. Please take further essays about this mess to the threads where it belongs so I won't have to respond to them. I have been biting my tongue for days now because this discussion does not belong here. When you post what amounts to libel of Starr just because you don't like the facts about a man you obviously voted for I must respond. Jim, show me one piece of evidence that Starr or his staff have leaked anything.
