I agree SD, the fmmg circular was a little misleading also MOO...just have to keep tabs of all of it in CASE it is used. I'm sure they have only to go by with what they have been told, but sometimes they or all in the industry appear to use what look better. MOO, I would use the most current recent bested numbers I could and watch their promotion P's and Q's. Hell they can call the TA just like we can... :-)
