Jon,

Let me take a stab at it!

Your Statement:
<i<How is it that a $27M deficit can be accounted for "mostly" by a $9.5M write-off? How is $9.5M "most" of $27M - I thought that "most" meant "quite a bit more than half". Is this adorning the truth?

Their Statement:
"The deficit resulted primarily from the decision to write off over $9.50 million in good will, ammortization, and to fully reflect the liabilities incurred by SIM during the period."

My Comments:
The word they used was actually "primarily!" The last sentence above COULD mean $9.5 million in good will AND amortization AND liabilities!

In other words, the 9.5 million could be in good will alone! No?
