Bill, Nextwave may, indeed, be the next trigger. I don't know if it is commonly known, that their strategy is to be a reseller of wireless [CDMA] capacity. They don't intend to be an actual carrier per se. That's good news for all who are involved with seeing the CDMA standard expanded. It can help PCS Primeco and Sprint Spectrum expand their footprint. It also gives the, ever late to the party, MCI a possible solution to their dilemma. Also, as it stands now, Nextwave would have 91 million pops which would make them 2nd only to Sprint Spectrum [141 million] for PCS capacity. Thats 3 times larger than the next biggest winner in the C block and bigger than PCS Primeco's spectrum [excluding their cellular spectrum of course]. Something else, It shouldn't take them nearly as long as PCS Primeco and Sprint Spectrum to order and announce the equipment awards. Just some thoughts.
