I strongly believe things are in the works. Any ideas? Take a look at what I wrote last night. I absolutely agree. What I would like is a Treasury/Fed orchestrated deal with multilateral involvement if necessary to make a deal by meeting with Cardoso admin. and Brazilian congressional leaders. Draw a line in the ground on devaluation in excvhange for deficit reduction after 10/4, with SS reform the plate of the day. The US and the west cannot (repeat - Cannot) afford a faiilure in Brazil.
