1. Thinks the Japan Telecomm X2 support is pretty important. Been overlooked here.

2. Believes modem business should be fairly valued at a P/E of 15; Hub business at 33. This gives him today a fair market value of $100 per share. Has a $140 one year price target.

3. Concerned but still confident in estimate of $.72 earnings for this quarter.

4. States that 'US Robotics remains our favorite investment idea."
