Hello Yaacov. Well, the new Russian PM was confirmed. I have read up on him. I know pretty well that you have been doing a lot of travelling. I am not far behind you in my thoughts. I just wanted to clarify my comparison. I listened to that German program again yesterday, translated by my wife gg, and I am surprised that Germany seems to be embracing Mr. Yeltsin's new choice. Well, let's say the DUMA's choice. Those German Politicians on that program thought it was a good choice despite that Mr. Primakov does not have much experience in running affairs of inside the country. As you know, he was more a foreign affairs guy, the chief as a matter of fact. He has always tried to keep a distance from the US and tried to intervene when those sanctions against IRAQ were declared. Maybe he will refuse any new money coming into Russia backed by the US. gg. It should be very interesting to see what unfolds next. That reminds me: One of those German commentators stated that Mr. Primakov was a quiet and unimposing man. Hm.
