the PR is written poorly I suppose that would depend on the angle you are viewing it from. If you're looking for real factual and straight forward information, you're right it's a poor source. If it's damage control, it's great. They say the facts, but don't present them in a standard organized fashion. This way they've pre-announced the numbers, and if the numbers lousy they won't announce when they file the 8-K. One can begin to see where the lawsuit is based if SIM got saddled with a bunch of goodwill and other liabilities.
