Maybe someone with experience with press releases can answer this question. While reviewing news of several companies I follow, I saw another company with the same heading as the FNTN release. I them did a search of Business Wire for "CORPORATE PROFILE OF" and the following is what I found.

These all seem to have the same format. Could these have been issued by someone outside the company with minimal input from the company?
