Hi Dave: Yep...not much to report other then they settled with Kennedy Cap. for something like 350K & have dismissed them & Dave W. (who shouldn't have been harassed anyways, imo). The court is currently going after Tony R. & Naturade & they are currently in court. They are not going after the guys that were real culpable , IMO, & that pisses me of something fierce. I hear that there are some stockholders are in the process of their own litigation & what that all entails I am not privy to. So...life goes on, hope you're doing well despite PNI & our losses. Seattle is still a beautiful, sunny place & the salmon & crab are still conveniently making themselves accessible. Best regards, Dennis
