Did your company pay you to say all that stuff about how clueless your customers are, in order to drum up business for your support services? After all, that is how successful companies work. (Is there an emoticon for a "wry" grin?) Do you speak on the phone to these folks? Is that why you have to be so abusive and condescending here, because you would get fired for talking to your customers like this?
