I neglected to mention that GSTRF will also have to cough up an additional $80 million for more launches. Serves them right for using those cheap-ass Ukrainian rockets, or whatever they were. Apparently they have something like a 25% failure rate; they were warned of this beforehand, according to Today's Washington Post.
