There are plenty of PCI sound cards now out in the market. You just have to shop around to find them. I have seen Yamaha and Ensoniq based cards for a few months now. Depending on the quality you need, you can expect to see them for anywhere from $50-200 retail. Check the major chains, and you should be able to find something you like.
