Blessed, That's how they get each step of the development process accomplished. They raise the cash as needed WHEN it is needed. Furthermore, Biomoda doesn't KNOW for CERTAIN that a they will sell out, so they want to continue their own developmental growth process. It's only prudent for them to have a good backup plan if they don't sell. It also helps them deal from a position of strength. (I'd like to hang around and chat some more, but I really have to run.
