Russ, please give me one example of a reverse in a company where only 50% of authorized are issued. If you can find one, then I'm pretty sure that it also moved out of OTC and into another exchange. I can see from your posts on other threads that that issue really haunts you - but please do not let it become paranoia, if you do not know when it happens. Shorting, who is able to short ARET ??
