Well you know Al-len... Always a bridesmaid, never a bride... <vbg> Interesting news release, though. It seems to validate that there is some legal substance to AZNT's actions. (or else they're in hot water legally) However, I would feel more confident if one of these releases also stated that the company would be restricting the exercizing of insider held preferred for a period of 6 months in "lock up". The legal case means less to me when I feel the weight of 60+ million share possibly being converted into new common and dumped on the market. Why is management so unwilling to incorporate and annouce these restrictions?? I would certainly entertain taking a position then. Regards, Ron
