Agreed on the reverse issue. Companies that reverse do so either to get to the NASDAQ or because the authorized is getting nudged by the outstanding.

NEITHER OF THOSE SITUATIONS APPLY TO ARET...as you stated.

However, IMHO, the selling at the end of the day in blocks could easily be MM shorting, it is nearly a sacrament among MMs to short sell if for no other reason than to keep business flowing.

It is also possible that prior option holders are exercising and selling those converted shares.

Has the O/S increased significantly? The answer to whether it is shorting or dilution/conversion lies with the Transfer Agent.

What is frustrating is that it is still going on!!!
