My friend. i agree with you that there may be some reasons for at least looking into the "pros and cons" of doing a "share exchange program", but i unequivocally KNOW that it is NOT ever - EVER!! - a good idea to even THINK about doing a reverse stock split!! please read my prior post on this subject. no one will ever change my mind about how i feel about reverse stock splits because i know from actual experience (myself and to a lot of my friends) just how TOTALLY and ABSOLUTELY FINANCIAL DESTRUCTIVE a reverse stock split always is!! trust me on this one (1) my friend. you may have a good idea about a "share exchange program" for the share-holders of "ADGI" - i certainly would like - as i have said in my prior post to you - to hear more about this idea from other members on this board - but you do NOT ever want to even THINK about having a reverse stock split done on you!! my friend, reverse stock splits are simply COMPLETE and TOTAL FINANCIAL DEATH to the share-holders of the company that is doing the reverse stock split!! it really is as simple as that when it comes to reverse stock splits. they TOTALLY SUCK!! take care, my friend.
