The Post-Gazette claims Cooper exercised warrants to buy 100,000 shares of BICO at .25 per share during first 9 months of this year. Netting him paper profits of $206,250 and boosting total compensation to more than $815,000. P.G. states that Cooper's 9 mo salary as a Petro Rem board member was more than double the company's sales of $33,567 during the period. SEC filing shows that BICO's top executive approve their own compensation packages. Cooper makes the rec. which are then voted on by the board - Cooper, CEO - Purdy, Pres. - Feola, senior VP, - Keeling, Vp. What a RIP! At least, you have an excuse. You live about 1000 miles away. I have none. They are in my back yard. Do you know what would happen to our stock if they issued all the extra shares? Right - .10 each share. ---------- Dick
