I like to watch the sector for insider buying. For instance I owned SMTG a company working on a blood substitute. Their licensing agreement for research and development fell through for them with Eli Lilly. Naturally the stock was hammered but insiders ended up buying. Why are insiders buying is always the question? Well when SMTG was bought out by Baxter Healthcare it became pretty apparent there was plenty of value to their technology. InvestRight Regards, Jeff
