SONG, I used the wrong term, I should have said "we" rather then "you". I apologize. Did not intend to sound like I did not believe you, I just do not believe what the Company told you or did not tell you. Why wasn't the P/R man there, when you made your appointment 8/18? Any explanation given? How will "James Dean" be completed by early October when you were there early September and saw unedited footage? How does the Company meet a budget of $65,000,000 when they have cash of $16,000? As of today, TNNS has not been delievered, and according to my broker, is having problems with registration. Regarding the "million dollar +" telephone switch system, the financials at 3/31/98 show $27,000 of computer equipment (total of $96,000 of equipment).
They must have known on 9/3 about the financials being ready and the two acquisitions. Why weren't you at least advised that some important news was forthcoming? They could have obtained good press from your visit, and gained some needed credibility.
Again, I have no problem with your report, and thank you. I just wish they would have been more candid with you and put a positive spin on your visit. |
