Uh oh, looks like AZNT faces a major problem...
The press release states: "Defendants, Joseph Andy Mann, First Concorde Securities, Whitecliffe Investment Fund Ltd., Shoreline Securities Ltd., Canaccord Capital Corp., Citibank, and JB Oxford..."
Just confirmed with the docket clerk for the judge that JB Oxford is not a defendant. So, all this talk about JBOC coming on board to cover is, at this point, a non-issue. Even worse, JB Oxford now has grounds to sue AZNT for libel. This ugly situation is going to get even uglier.
