Regarding buyout price. My average is 6 so I'll settle for 10. I think 12-15 would be the likely price. If it was 25 I'd be a very, very rich man. 12 would allow the buying company to pay a premium but still get MRVC cheap. I've see it happen before. It would probably be a stock deal with MRVC management getting extra options so they'd be more receptive. For example: FLC basically bought CDG for not too much more than book, but since it was a stock deal it has considerable appreciation potential since FLC was so beaten down. INTC or LU might make a similar pitch, but I wouldn't call either beaten down.
