JDR seeks "legal councel" before he posts, interesting. What did your council say about your comment that FRX has been"subject to regulatory sanction for unfair accounting" I've not seen or heard any such evidence of sanctions or "unfair accounting". Many companies get poor advice about accounting procedures, that's how tax lawyers exist. The only accounting problem I'm aware of relates to time frame recognition of franchise income. The evidence shows two major accounting firms and the SEC couldn't agree on the proper way to allocate income, that doesn't make it illegal or deceptive as some have suggested. It should be noted FRX terminated their first accountants and hired another firm with the same income allocation method, then SEC came up with their own method, seems to me FRX was possibly given wrong advise initially, that is why you sometimes terminate employees/accountants.
