for example?:
1)tlc doesn't have enough organic growth to pay for the acquisitions,
2) tlc will never earn a profit
3) tlc stuffs the channels, has hi receiveables and high returns
4)tlc pays insiders with hugh options, & sweet heart deals.
5)tlc diluted shares with Reg S deals
6)after 11 acquisitions ytd, tlc is losing mkt share
7)used agressive write offs
8)tlc has european distributor problems
9)tlc pissed off J.Goverman with incorrect info, so he let lose.
10)tlc failed to get new analyst reports issued this week and so last hour sell off?
11)over 10 m shares shorted because of little ol' me?

zappie, for heaven's sake, pls take your finger out of the wall socket!
