Every one of those points is related to a sex scandal in some way. I can tell you that a large proportion of the criminal work I do is related to sex in some way. Sex is a primary human emotion. Inability to handle emotions in a legal way often constitutes criminal activity. Deny every prosecutor in the country from prosecuting any sex-related crimes and you put half of law enforcement out of business. (The rest is drugs!)
