I think this is a good thing.

What it says to me is that someone is willing to buy 50,000 shares at twice the current market value to secure the right to purchase an additional 25,000 shares down the road at what they hope will become a very good deal.

Sounds like a vote of confidence to me, but please correct me if I am wrong.
