Much of the time and cost was directly attributable to Clinton stalling and lying. This is also the part that related to impeachable offenses. There could well be more, included criminal indictments in the reports being sent to the judicial panel. <<Do you people understand that is this investigation that has ruined Monicas life? >> Do you really believe that Monica's life is ruined? She has a $6 million deal pending and has more notoriety than she could ever have dreamed about. If anything, this investigation has made her future better than she could have hoped for. She will now have a permanent place in the history books and more money than she could have earned in a lifetime.
