My friend. thank you for having the "guts" to inform all of us here on this board how and why - again - a reverse stock split is always such an utterly financial tragedy. your very personal (and very tragic) example is only one (1) of many that i have heard of - and, unfortunately personally experienced. i simply cannot for the life of me understand how anyone with any "normal" level of intelligence at all could ever possibly believe that a reverse stock split would ever be a good thing to happen to this company (or to any company for that matter). such people remind me of the old saying - "my mind is made up - don't confuse me with facts"!! besides the horrific financial devastation that a reverse stock split always causes there is also the complete - instantaneous - and total loss of MANAGEMENT CREDIBILITY which always happens wherever such a desperate "trick" is even RUMORED to possibly be "in-the-works" - and you know what they say about credibility - "credibility is like virginity - you can only lose it once"!! take care, my friend.
