Good afternoon,

The year end results will not be released today at the market close. They
will be released early next week. This delay is due to a delay in the
printing of the 1998 Annual Report. The Annual Report will not be mailed
out till late Monday so in compliance with the securities regulations we
will not release the financials till then.

I am very sorry about this situation.
