Hi all.... I'm still looking at volume. Specifically OBV. When a list of indicators are rattled off OBV over a 40MA is always one of the basics. I'm wondering why or how that was arrived at. I have a basic concept of OBV and how its calculated. But reading TA from A to Z they discuss up trends down trends and a doubtful trend. You could actually have a down trend and still be above the 40MA. And a doubtlful trend could be an indication of a trend change and be above a 40MA. So, when we are looking for OBV greater than 40MA are we looking for OBV of 40 and an up trend? ty -- Gt --
