The sad thing is that you're probably right....this whole situation is a joke to the rest of the world. I don't care what he did in the Oval Office (or the windowless room next door). But I do care that he lied under oath and in many ways wish this hadn't gotten to this point...but it has.

Personally, I'd prefer to see him stay in office because I don't really care for the alternatives. Plus, there's enough turmoil in the world impacting the stock market that this is one thing we don't need. (that from a purely selfish perspective).

But at this point, how can that happen? What kind of a message does that send?

This is just a very sad situation.......

Just a comment about the report....it was definitely interesting. But does anyone think it could have had the same effect without mentioning the cigar? That just shows you how much Starr wants to cast Clinton in the worst possible light. Like I said, interesting reading for sure.....much better than Judith Krantz.....but totally unnecessary, IMO. Actually out of all this I think I hate Ken Starr the most. But he was on a mission to get Clinton....and the country be damned.
