Congress published the transcript on the internet after a 325+ to 35 vote. That is not Ken Starr, so stop being nasty. Most Democrats voted to put the report out there. I agree by the way, even though the salacious detail is offputting. But the way this reprobate, and his reprobate wife, have stonewalled legitimate criminal investigations over 15 years makes Starr's actions eminently defensible.

Look at the prioritization of his apology. LAST, the American people. OK, let's see if the people finally grasp how much disdain he has for the rule of law and the people he's supposed to represent.
