People want an unambiguous change in management. The only disrespect this implies for the founding father is the disrespect of "why don't you see that each of us has strengths, each of us has limitations?" If all goes well, Ken will be revered as having launched a major enterprise and repeatedly brought forth innovations to keep it growing. What is wrong with that legacy? How many of us can say anything like this about ourselves?
