It seems to me if he says next year he means next year.
If he is unable to give you a specific date it is because
he does not have one. However most investors would be very
happy to see Dow 9500 next year, regardless of which day.
Perhaps what is really being asked for is a crystal ball.
Unfortunately he has always said he does not own one.
