Wally, in one of my conversations with FNTN I did ask about which exchange they were applying for and I was told that they have made no secret of the fact that their intention from the beginning was to be listed as a NASDAQ small-cap stock. You are correct that there is a back log at the NASDAQ. I am not sure how long. This might be something that someone with a little more time than I would be interested in researching (HINT, HINT!!!). When I did make the comment that I could hardly wait until FNTN was no longer a BB, I was met with two high pitched voices on the other end of the line that said, "YOU can't wait...!!!" They are most eager to leave the BB. I am not an expert on exchanges, but the NASDAQ makes more sense to me than AMEX simply because of the tech emphasis. Maybe it has to do with the ease of future merges. Meaning that the companies that they are looking to merge with are on the NASDAQ and that trying to merge with companies on other exchanges is much more difficult. Who knows? At this point I don't. Maybe whistling through my straw hat??????????? Would appreciate it if anyone out there could buy me a clue.

Best,

Tomato Man
