In response to the several comments concerning the relationship between AZNT and WellRich, I would like to make this statement to clear up many of the uncertainties arising from these posts and PR releases. First of all, I am an employee of WellRich & Company, however, I have not been hired to defend WellRich from any of the defamatory statements made against WellRich. My intent is to state the facts and truth about the relationship between WellRIch and AZNT. Firstly, I would like to state for the record that WellRich has not received in any shape or form, shares of AZNT. As logical deduction has it, one must own shares in order to short a stock, or attempt to cover a short. This would negate the claims by AZNT that WellRich was involved with illegal stock transactions. Secondly, AZNT is correct, WellRich is not a brokerage house, as they stated we "pressured' our clients to "sell" their stock. It is not only our duty but an ethical business practice to inform our referred AZNT clients that as a result of AZNT's best efforts to build their company, their investment has finally come to fruition. Please note, we do not ask them to "sell", we do offer assistance with a broker of our client's choice if they do choose to sell. Secondly, WellRich referred clients to AZNT, and all monies, stock purchase agreements etc.. were sent to AZNT's place of business. In return AZNT sent them a stock certificate, NOT WELLRICH. Thirdly, if there has been any doubts to an arbitration hearing between AZNT and WellRich please contacts us to verify, our phone is post on SI. It was also stated, that WellRich claimed that TON is not real. This would work against us, since we referred our clients on the basis of their strongest product, TON. Indeed, that would be foolish of WellRich to say. WellRich & Company has nothing to hide, feel free to contact us and verify any of this information.
