Upon further reflection on the PR, it appears that the ZuluMedia financials will appear in an ESVS 8-K, as a part of the accounting for the acquisition.

One would presume that that 8-K would also have in include all Zulu financials to date.

Now, the question is, will it appear in the 8-K for the quarter ended 8/31/98, or a later one?

I still find this awfully strange, still no formal shareholder approval, but they are including the acquisition in their 8-K?
