Indeed they are valid reasons to short the stock at $14. I believe they are also valid reasons for steering clear of this beast. I don't think this puppy is going anywhere soon, but I have been wrong before. I guess somebody has to own this stock, so it might as well be you. Good luck. You might improve your odds by taking your CCSI money to a casino.
