I got the same feeling about the company being designed to be sold. For what it's worth, here are stats on distance from their website:

Service Distance:
Video plus Data: 12K feet,
5 Mbps video and 1 Mbps data downstream,
1 Mbps data upstream Video only: 15K feet, 5 Mbps video downstream, 1 Mbps upstream Data Only: 18K feet, 2.5 Mbps downstream,
1 Mbps upstream

They have 13.4 million shares with only about 2.5 m float.

That's close to a $40 million market cap. By the time I know whether it's worth that much, they'll either be bankrupt or have a contract with AT&T and Sprint, and be worth a cool billion.

It does look like they are a 1 product company. The website only shows this product.

But for a teaser, their 80 or 90 channel product will be out in spring of 99. AT&T announced today that they'll start providing this type of service in 99. AT&T is mentioned in their website. If only I knew...
