We're not following earnings releases so we'll leave that to someone else. I did, however recently attend a Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce meeting hosted by Fairfield at Royal Vista. The VP of sales for Fairfield-Ft. Lauderdale did mention that things were going very well and sales were brisk. He also said, between us girls, that they were successful enough to make a commitment to continued projects in SE Florida. Sounded good to me! They have a strong advantage over their Vacation Break acquisition. They have many properties in Non-Florida locations. Who wants to come here in the summer! VBRK was consistently slower in the third and fourth quarter. They have diversified enough to provide the shareholders year round earnings. I really like their concept. We'll continue to make our money the hard way, hard work, stress and sleepless nites. It's what we know best! Wish ya'll the best of luck the other way(leave out the hard work)<g>.
