Gary: I am far from the expert on this subject. Perhaps Robert or someone else can clear this up. My understanding is that FNTN has completed their Form 10 requirements and filed - If they have applied for AMEX, I believe the next step would be receiving a PLEO (Preliminary Listing Eligibility Opinion). There are about five steps for Amex listing. I'm not sure what the next step is on NASDAQ small cap. As I said, hopefully someone smart can confirm this info, clarify the process and timing of same. I have inquired as to the current time frame for a company to reach listing for both exchanges based on current demands. I will pass that info on to the thread if and when I hear back.
Regards,
Wally
