Hello! Bob Davis,

I am a shareholder of GLOW , have also read several articles on " The Napeague Letter " regarding any/all stock scenarios that you have covered to date!

I don't imagine that I reacted much different then any other GLOW Shareholder when you added GLOW to your " Blivit List" on July 13th..

I can't think of any people that I know that are shareholders of companies that would be happy to see a focussed negative attack on their investment ( especially from someone who has stated that they are not a shareholder and have no plans to be a shareholder in the future!)...

In my opinion if your intent to create a negative impact on GLOW
was your objective---I imagine it's current share price level might suggest that you should be quite happy with your efforts! JMO!

For those of us that have decided to remain as GLOW Shareholders , I for one understand the risk in OTC-BB Stocks, I make my own investment decisions, and am prepared to take the wins with the losses
( and of course it doesn't mean that I am happy about losing money!).

The part that I have found to be most annoying and upsetting to me from the recent Postings on this GLOW Thread and other Internet sources is that i am starting to get the distinct feeling that there is a " told you so attitude" starting to appear over the past while on the GLOW Thread! One example that comes to mind is your recent posting on the GLOW Thread once again announcing that you added GLOW to The Napeague Letter's " Blivit List"....

When I first was introduced to your Napeague Letter I was generally impressed with your presentation style and felt you had some interesting points of view and opinion's to present!

To say the least I was disappointed from the stance that you took against GLOW ! not so much whether that you thought it was a favourable investment or otherwise but the way that you seemed to appear to gloat in what I felt an " I told you so attitude!"

With the stock down to the .09 to .10 cent range and the fact that you are reminding us of your negative focus on GLOW--I was wondering if you have any empathy for the shareholders of GLOW that are patiently waiting to see what the future holds in store for their investment! Your feed-back would be appreciated!

If someone doesn't view GLOW as right for their investment plans then why do they feel it appropriate to try to destroy, shatter and intimidate other investor's dreams?

I am of the opinion that GLOW Management may be issuing fewer Press Releases in the future until they absolutely feel it appropriate--why am I of this opinion? Well it appears that suggesting negative overtones on stocks that individuals admit that they do not own seems to be gaining momentum in many examples! JMO! GLOW being one of them!

The bottom line for me is this---everyone is of course entitled to their opinion--and in my view GLOW Shareholders are most likely to want to see their investment in GLOW appreciate! That's the easy one!

The people that seem intent on seeing other peoples investment go into the tank! Well! I guess everyone also has an opinion in that regard.

Bob! I'm looking forward to seeing a more positive style from you in the future--I still have a solid regard for most of your intentions , skills and abilities--maybe another way of looking at the GLOW opportunity is to consider this--if you can't say anything positive about GLOW --then why bother at all! As a GLOW Shareholder my hard earned money is on the line! I would be disappointed to think that
there are people out there intentionally trying to see me lose money on my investments! What are your thoughts on this?

I realize the world is not just a big bowl of jello but wouldn't it be nice if we could keep at least a positive outlook when addressing investment opportunities!

Let me ask you this question! Are you 100% convinced that any potential business opportunities that GLOW has announced via press and News releases are all fabricated? Some of them? None of them?
Which ones?

As stated before I am a Shareholder of GLOW! If I thought that GLOW
is going no where then I would take my losses divest of my shares in GLOW and move on! And most likely would not hang around and post on this GLOW thread as I would most likely feel that I would be infringing on the existing shareholders opportunity to discuss their investment in a positive light! I feel it would be their right--as they are the shareholders and are the one's with the money invested!

A former shareholder or non shareholder would most likely JMO! introduce a more negative tone to their comments about an investment that they do not have a vested part in. JMO!

Well! It was a long posting--I'm not sure whether I was able to clearly express my thoughts--or at least the points I wanted to share!

Bob! I wish you success and good fortune with your efforts in The Napeague Letter and hopefully someday you will deem it appriopriate
to publish some positive points of view regarding GLOW!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
