Makemoney................ You can NEVER say NEVER... Hinton has said on more than one occasion that he is actively looking for such an aquisition. If he does in fact find one, the inevitable will surely happen,but if the aquired company has the necessary criteria to be aquired,it would be a benefit,not a detriment for shareholders. My opinion is (remember what opinions are) that there will be an aquisition of one of the pharm manufacturers in India. The benefit to ADGI is obvious, the benefit to them is that they would be trading on a listed (BB) stock exchange in the good 'ole USA. An American company that has it's mfg. plant overseas,that could cut through all the red tape that the FDA imposes on pharm mfg. companies here,and could still do the bulk of their sales in other nations outside our borders,and outside our political restrictions. Seems like a win-win situation for all concerned. REMEMBER.... THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY... I could be waaaaaayyyyyy wrong. Hinton has never said this would happen, but to me it makes sense. One of the India companies are now "private labeling" pharmaceuticals with an ADGI label. Good Luck... John
