1. Build a web page
free pages are available from GeoCities and Tripod
in this case I used Tripod, tripod.com
Or many ISPs include web page space, like AOL, CServe, ATT Worldnet
most will include a quick home page builder utility of some sort.
2. upload the pictures
Usually best to use JPEG or .JPG format
use whatever utility the ISP provides to transfer pictures
3. To link to a page from a message, just cut and paste the URL into
a message. I threw this page together in about half an hour, using
only Tripod's tools. It's crude, but provides a way to display the
photos. ( I scanned the pictures a while back ) When I get time
I'll pretty it up a bit using FrontPage.

to include a picture in your SI profile, use a line of HTML like this:
"<img src=http://members.tripod.com/~catlady0/cats/George4.jpg>" without the quotes.
