dear winston, thank you for your info! and I can appreciate your bitterness on todays action. This is probally a Great place to get long tecd. It is not uncommon for executives from time to time ( especially after earnings ) to sell some of their stock. after all this is how they are compensated. It is also common for companies to issue cautionairy comments inorder to ward off share holder law suits. cisco recently did the same thing . Prehaps you should consider dollar cost averaging when you buy stock. Today was a great opportunity to do that in tecd. regards, joe
